Return & Exchange policy
Return Process:
When you're certain you want to return a product, mail us right away at sleshejewels@gmail.com. Include your order number, the product's specifications, and a brief explanation of why you're returning the item (s). Please take note that all return requests must be made within 48 hours after the product’s delivery and that all of the aforementioned obligatory return parameters must be met. Our Customer Care team will respond to your return request within 24 hours. The delivered item will be picked up in reverse by us.
Damage Policy:
However, if a product is defective during manufacture or shipping, a replacement will be provided to you. You may contact us withing 24 Hours of receiving.
Note: We do not offer refund for Damage Products only Replacement will be arranged.
Exchanges:
Please be advised that this exchange is valid only for 48 hours post delivery.
Products may be exchanged as long as they are new, unopened, and still in their original packing and tags. We charge a fee of ₹80 for exchanges and reverse logistics. Regarding the exchange, you may contact us on WhatsApp for further information +91 7990456807. (Avg reply time: 12-24 hours)
How to use Sleshe Credit Note:
- Sleshe Jewels gift card can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
- On the checkout page, you have to apply the code received on your email id.
- The code will apply and the amount will deduct from the payable amount.
- The validity of the gift card is 3 Months.

Cancellation:
For all COD & Prepaid orders, please note once orders are shipped, we won’t be able to cancel.
For prepaid orders, we will provide Gift card (Please note that we do not offer Bank Refund).
