SleShe Jewels – Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At SleShe Jewels, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please take a moment to review our return, exchange, and cancellation policy before placing an order.

Return Policy (Within 48 Hours)

We offer a 48-hour return policy from the time of delivery. However, refunds are not applicable. Instead, a credit note will be issued for eligible returns. Please note:

  • A return & reverse logistics charge of ₹80 will be applicable.

  • For missing or damaged products, you must report within 24 hours of delivery.

  • International returns are not eligible for free shipping.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • No stains, damages, or missing embellishments.

  • Original invoice and packaging must be included.

  • Discounted/sale items and items purchased using a credit note are not returnable or exchangeable.

  • If the return is due to a customer error (wrong/incomplete address or contact info), only 50% of the product amount will be refunded within 10-15 days.

  • A mandatory unboxing video must be shared, clearly showing:

    • The outer package

    • Address sheet

    • Bill

    • Entire unboxing process (no cuts, edits, or filters).

Returns Not Accepted If:

  • Return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product is used, damaged, or has missing parts.

  • Return is initiated without a prior request.

  • Product was delivered with a free gift, and the gift is not returned.

  • The item is part of a promotional/combo offer.

  • Return request involves an item bought during sale or with a credit note.

SleShe Jewels reserves the right to reject returns if the product doesn’t meet the above guidelines.

Return Process

  1. Mail us at sleshejewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Mention:

    • Order Number

    • Product Details

    • Reason for Return

  3. Our Customer Care team will respond within 24 hours.

  4. Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

Damage Policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement only.

  • You must report this within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Note: Refunds are not provided for damaged products — only replacements are arranged.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be in original condition, unused, with tags & packaging intact.

  • Exchange charge: ₹80 for reverse logistics.

SleShe Credit Note / Gift Card Usage

  • Redeemable at checkout on our website.

  • Apply the code sent to your registered email ID.

  • Valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  • For help with credit note usage, WhatsApp us at +91 7990456807 (Mon-Sat, 11 AM - 6 PM).

Order Cancellation

  • Once shipped, no cancellations will be accepted for COD or prepaid orders.

  • For prepaid orders, a gift card will be issued (no bank refunds).
